Super wet track specialist recorded another win on his favourite conditions to score consecutive wins at the Southside Pakenham meeting on Friday night. Ridden by promising apprentice Ryan Houston, the four-year-old gelding gave the young rider his first win for the stable in the Smacktalk Sabaj Series heat over 1400m. Given a perfect ride on the son of Cable Bay, he always had the gelding well positioned in transit and timed his run to perfection to win by 0.35L at the finish. The ultra consistent gelding takes his career record to three wins from nine starts with three minor placings and over $60K in prizemoney earnings.
Southside RacingĀ launched its inaugural meeting aimed at raising awareness and supporting Mental Health. The Minds Matter Wellbeing Race Night was sponsored by various groups and organisations associated in some capacity with mental health and the jockeys in every race wore the blue breeches in support. We were thrillled to be a winner on this important night and in conjunction with his Owners. Well done to everybody on a successful night.
