“Indiana Wolf” opened the 3 day Swan Hill carnival with a bang to win the ‘Pooles Accountants’ Maiden Plate in impressive style. Coming from well back in the field, the Amadeus Wolf 3YO shot to the front at the top of the long home straight to career away for a strong win under star apprentice jockey, Regan Bayliss. Sent out the short priced favourite for the race the gelding scored by 2.75L x 1.25L at only his third race start.

Bred and raced by the Brown family under their banner, Jenal Australia, Indiana Wolf is the 2nd foal from the well bred and former stable mare, Indi and hails from the family of star performer, Sabatini. The lightly raced gelding is a big raw boned type and will only get better with racing and has a bright future accordingly to Co-Trainer, Lee.
