The stable is currently enjoying a hot summer run after “Proud Wolf”became the 6th winner in 36 days after taking out the “Insite Real Estate”BM64 Handicap over 1400m at Wangaratta on Monday. Apprentice “Mitch Aitken” always had the Amadeus Wolf 4YO well placed in the run and saved valuable ground on the inside to hold on from the late challengers at the finish. Stablemate, “Evil Lil” was a touch unlucky but flew home to grab 3rd in a close finish and is one to follow in the future.

Bred and raced by John & Ellen Brown of “Jenal Australia”, the lightly raced and consistent gelding recorded his 2nd win from 7 starts. The stable will earmark a restricted race in town in the coming weeks for Proud Wolf.

Jenal Australia also produced a promising 3YO in a earlier race, “Indiana Wolf” by Amadeus Wolf, who finished 3rd on debut. They are enjoying a good run with their horses and hopefully “Drawn For You” can maintain their form as she tackles a 3YO Fillies race at Caulfield on Saturday.
