The stable has been on fire with 6 winners over the past 3 weeks and riding honours to promising Apprentices, Lachie King (4 wins) and Mitch Aitken (2 wins) who guided the horses to success. With only a small team in training it is not only rewarding for us but also to our many loyal Owners who have enjoyed multiple wins through their involvement in the horses.

We kicked off the hot streak with a training double at Kilmore courtesy of “Best Suggestion and Tavonian” both ridden by Lachie King. “Facts” and Mitch Aitken kept the ball rolling with a solid win at Seymour on Co-Trainer Lees birthday. The month of June started with a bang when “Tavonian” under Lachie King got the bob in right on the finish line to bring up a hat trick of wins and remains unbeaten this preparation. Two days later at Wangaratta, “Eramosa” broke his Maiden status and stable stalwart, “Danvito” under Mitch Aitken saluted later in the day to give the stable another training double. Not to mention our 2016 Melbourne Cup runner, “Rose of Virginia” starting at 100/1, ran a slashing race at Moonee Valley to go down narrowly in the final few strides to finish second.

Congratulations everyone involved with our team and here is a recap of the wins.
